Make sure you wake up early to climb up Sigiriya Rock so you can see the incredible views of an ancient fortress. Captivating photographs are in order as long as you do not take them when the sun is high up in the sky. After breakfast, proceed to explore Kandy after checking out of the hotel. En Route Attractions: 

  • One of the best archaeological places is Nalanda Gedige. Make sure to visit it as it has structures built under the influence of Hindu and Buddhist cultures.
  • After that, proceed to Matale Spice Garden (the resting point) and wander around to learn about Sri Lanka’s spices.
  • Attend the Gem Museum and Workshop and appreciate the art of gem sculpture from Sri Lanka.

Kandy City Tour:

  • Attend a Hindu shrine and a temple and see what other places of worship are available on the island which are uniquely different.
  • Watch the traditional Kandyan cultural dance show in the evening.
  • The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is a landmark Buddhist place in Sri Lanka and is famous for its sacredness. Go there at the end of the day for a nice wrap up.

We will head to Nuwara Eliya, a hill station referred to as "Little England" as soon as we are done with breakfast. This beautiful place is known for its tea and features colonial era structures. While Traveling:  - Walk around Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens where you will see beautiful orchids, foreign plants, and enormous trees. - Ramboda Falls is a beautiful waterfall that is further away. - You will visit a Sri Lankan tea plantation and factory. You will have the opportunity to marvel at the processes needed to concoct Sri Lankan tea and drink some fresh tea. Overnight Stay: Nuwara Eliya

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya – Ella

After a lovely breakfast, we will commence the day’s activities with a visit to Gregory Lake. You can enjoy the quiet and calm atmosphere while renting a boat. We will then take a stroll around Victoria Park Garden; the well-maintained vegetation is perfect for relaxing. We will enjoy Scenic train ride to Ella.  At 12:40 p.m, we will catch the slightly set-apart panoramic train to Ella from Nuwara Eliya (Nanu Oya Station). This breathtaking train ride is renowned as one of the world's most scenic train rides due to the stunning hills shrouded in mist, tea fields, and vibrant towns along the way. Evening Adventure in Ella When we arrive for the first time in Ella, we are going to do a hike to Little Adam’s Peak which is quite easy for a steep. The sunset views while hiking will leave one amazed. Start the day by having an astonishing view of Rawana Waterfall which is encompassed in greenery. After this go and visit Buduruwagala Rock Temple with its medieval Sri Lankan rock carved Buddhist statues set in the middle of nature goes hand in hand to showcase the island’s rich culture. Mid-morning stop: 

  • Check the Nine Arches Bridge where one of the greatest manmade wonders of Sri Lank can be seen due to its design and stunning views from the bridge.

Wildlife Safari Adventure:

  • In the evening ride the 4x4 in Yala National Park, Sri Lanka's largest wildlife reserve in Sri Lanka, famed for its diversified leopards, elephants, and birds.
  • Alternatively, have a safari in Udawalawe National Park, renowned for its stunning views and having a huge population of elephants.

Tissamaharama  - Overnight Stay

Have pleasing breakfast and a charming drive to Mirissa where the ocean views are grand. En Route Attraction: 

  • Go to the world famous snake farm to observe how experts handle snakes and learn about the reptiles native to Sri Lanka.

Relax Mirissa overnight Mirissa Port: Blus Whale Watching. Simply soak in warm sand and cleanse your mind, taking in a wonderful view of the tropic ocean along with a delicious meal at the hotel. You start off your day with a whale watching tour commencing at 6:30 a.m from the Mirissa Port. This allows you to catch a sneakview of these majestic creatures in their habitat before heading back to the hotel for a scrumptios breakfast.

After checkout, embark on a journey to either Bandaranaike International Airport or Negombo depending on your flight. If time allows, take advantage of wonderful conservation sites along the route, such as the:

  • Turtle Hatchery and Rescue Center. Get acquainted with baby turtles being readied for release and assist in their conservation efforts.
  • Or enjoy a calm boat trip along the Madu River, rich with animal and plant life.
  • Galle Duchess Fort is your next stop. This beautiful site features colonial history alongside the modernday charm of streets filled with wonderful coastal views of the coastline.
